She's not your average physio, but a fiery fitness aficionado! To her, fitness is not just about lifting weights or breaking a sweat; it's a holistic journey encompassing our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. At The Wembley Club, she's known for infusing her hot power yoga and barre fusion classes with a sprinkle of magic - think nerdy anatomy facts and empowering vibes! Jessica's classes are the hottest ticket in town, always brimming with energy and positivity. 

 I am a dedicated physician with over a decade of experience in general internal medicine, medical education, and patient care. Graduating in the top 5% of my class and a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society, I have a strong foundation in medicine. My passion lies in providing personalized and compassionate care, from treating a wide range of conditions to fostering meaningful doctor-patient relationships. Outside of medicine, I reside in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, where I raise my three school-aged children.

Kelly Miron, the owner and professional makeup artist with over 30 years of experience in skincare and artistry, opened The Powder Room Makeup Oasis & Boutique in 2007. She applies her extensive knowledge to help women look and feel their absolute best. With a deep understanding of the transformative power of makeup and a strong belief that beauty comes in all forms, Kelly creates unique and personalized looks that perfectly match her clients' lifestyles, skill levels, and beauty goals. She only uses the highest quality products from the best cosmetic companies, and she emphasizes the importance of great skincare as the foundation for a flawless makeup look.  Her mantra, which embodies her unique perspective, is "Makeup is only as good as the skin underneath." Thanks to her extensive knowledge of color theory and makeup artistry, Kelly has become one of the top microblading and powder brow artists in the Cleveland area, in addition to being an expert in all things beauty. 

Kate has been working in the field of health and wellness for over 20 years in various roles as a healthcare administrator, educator, and healing arts practitioner.  Since 2013,  Kate has shifted her focus away from the more traditional wellness sector and has been dedicated to crafting her skills in more integrative, alternative, and holistic healing therapies and education. 

As the creatrix of Sage & Soul, Kate currently works as an intuitive healer & energy medicine practitioner, Hatha & Kundalini yoga instructor, transformational/conscious parenting coach, Thai massage practitioner, sound healer, aromatherapist, and podcast host. Kate utilizes her expertise in multiple modalities to provide an intuitively influenced, personalized and unique treatment for 1:1 clients and groups based on their needs in that moment both virtually and around the Northeast Ohio area. She also leads area workshops and retreats, a local women’s circle, as well as her own pack of four children at home.
